湖南科技学院来华留学生报到流程Registration Procedure for International Student

1.到国际教育学院办公室报到 (行政楼418办公室);
Do registration in the office of the College of International Education(Administration building 418);
2.递交录取通知书和复印件、护照和复印件、照片(4张)等有关材料办理报到注册手续;
Register with your Admission Notice, passport information page and visa page, (original & copy versions), four passport-size pictures and other materials as required;
3.到宿舍安排住宿 /Arrange accommodation in dormitory ;
4.到国际教育学院办理登记入住手续;
Register for accommodation in the office of the College of International Education(Administration building 418);
5.到国际教育学院办理交费;
Payment for insurance fee and residence permit fee in the office of the College of International Education(Administration building 418);
6.本人到永州出入境管理局办理居留许可;
Go to the Yongzhou Immigration Control Office for Residence permit;
