湖南科技学院来华留学生招生流程International Student Recruiting Procedure

1.学生申请（按清单准备材料，每年5-6月）;

Student’s application (prepare materials by list, from May to June);

2.国际教育学院发送预录取通知书，并向省教育厅报批JW202表格;

The College of International Education sends the pre-admission notice and reports the JW202 form to the provincial education department;

3.国际教育学院向学生发放录取通知书、签证申请材料;

The College of International Education offers admission letters and visa application materials to students;

4.学生申请学习签证（X1/X2）并入境;
Students apply for a study visa (X1/X2) and enter the country;
